Think of Prayer Beads as equipment made to enhance your current abilities, which can be obtained after cleansing Torii Gates with shrines attached to them. They can be beneficial in helping Akito be better at certain Ethereal Weaving, or make you hardier with improved defense.
How to Use Prayer Beads in Ghostwire Tokyo.
Akito starts the game with the ability to equip one Prayer Bead, while further skill unlocks will bring that up to a maximum of three. Upon finding a Prayer Bead, you can bring up the menu with the Touchpad, scroll to the Inventory menu with R1/right bumper, and go to the Prayer Beads sub-menu using R2/right trigger, you can then choose the preferred ones to use.
