Giving Up on a Battle in Xenoblade Chronicles 3
When you find yourself in a dangerous situation during a battle in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, you will have the option of cutting your losses and not wasting your time. Simply press and hold the – button; this will bring up the menu that allows you to return to the last landmark you have passed in order to prepare yourself better.
Retrying a Battle in Xenoblade Chronicles 3
Similarly, in the same menu, players also have the option of retrying the battle from the beginning, and hopefully, using a different approach that can bring success rather than certain death. Again, press and hold the – button to proceed. That’s all you’ll need to know about how to give up on a battle and retry in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. If that’s not enough, be sure to check out other useful guides including understanding how to do a Burst Combo, how to revive fainted allies, or learn all about the Ouroboros Talent Arts.
